CHRONOLOGY OF PRESIDENTS & SECRETARIES OF BOARD OF DIRECTORS (B OF D)

The Board of Directors (the “Board”) is the governing body of the BCCDI, elected by general members of the BCCDI.

The Board is responsible for the establishment and oversight of the organization and its activities, strategy, and priorities, for setting its high-level policies and for overall management; and is accountable to the members at large of the BCCDI, for the financial and operational performance.
The Board is responsible for raising and allocating capital, monitoring the Executive Management and its conduct of the BCCDI operations, making critical business decisions, and building long-term value. The Board, through approving and monitoring the risk appetite, and identifying and guarding against the longer-term strategy.
